International delivery options and rates will apply only when available for your destination at checkout. The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the charge for the option you select.
Estimated Delivery Times
These estimates start from the date your order is dispatched.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. International delivery may take longer because of customs processing or carrier delays.
Dispatch and Tracking
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK deliveries and intend to use tracked international delivery for eligible USA and Canadian orders.
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Gift Packaging
Every item comes in a gift box or gift bag, making it suitable for gifting or keeping your jewellery safe.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and other charges.
Where checkout offers the collection of applicable import duties and taxes, the amount displayed will be collected with your order. Calculations may be estimates, and some carrier or customs-related fees may not be included. Depending on the destination and shipping arrangement, additional charges may still be payable before delivery.
