Melissa is happy to deliver outside the UK – please contact Melissa with the address details so she can provide a quote.

Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours but please bear in mind that Melissa is a small independent maker and cannot compete with big online retailers.

All orders are wrapped securely but in the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged please contact Melissa with an image of the broken product and damaged packaging and she will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible either with a replacement or refund.

Undamaged products can be returned at the expense of the customer. A refund will be provided when the product has been returned safely and intact.

Bespoke made products cannot be returned.
